Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16-year old American who was from Miami Florida. Her mother is English and the other half Spanish. The parents of her were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English descendance. She is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's previous marriage. They lived in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and then moved to Victoria district in London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires, to Victoria was difficult, and she didn't study English and was hoping to go again to Argentina. She had to switch schools between Northlands in order to attend Hill House. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London, where she took ballet classes and took part in plays. At the age of 16years old, Taylor-Joy left the school to pursue a full-time acting profession. Taylor-Joy's dream to become an actor started at a young, age. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the very first model to hire her as a professional model.
