Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. The daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English descent. Her mother is of Spanish and English heritage. Taylor-Joy is one of the five children. Four are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. After living with her parents in Buenos Aires for six years and then moving to Victoria. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was a very difficult experience. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to after switching from Northlands. Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School to study dance and perform in productions of the school. After she turned 16, she quit school to take on a full-time job in acting. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actress at a young age. Her dreams were realized when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
