Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. Half English mixed with Spanish her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father was an Argentine who had Scottish as well as English ancestry. Her mother's heritage is Spanish as well as English. The Taylor-Joy family was a household that included six children. Four are her siblings from her previous marriage to Taylor's dad. The family is originally located in Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was very traumatic. She was not willing to study English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was required to enroll her. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. At the age of 16, she quit school and pursued a career as an actress full time. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actor from a young age. The realization of her dreams came when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
