Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He was one of the members of One Direction. His parents were Des Styles and Anne Cox. The couple were born on the 1st day of February, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles, a former student at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School was the founder of a band called White Eskimo with three fellow students. The band won in 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. Even though he had always expressed an interest in the music world, despite his passion in it, he also wanted to become a lawyer and physical therapist. He worked for a time for a short time in a bakeshop in his city and hoped to assist financially at home. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's hit song Is not She Lovely. Due to this, his band needed to be split. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they would form the group One Direction after the X The X. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that formed in 2010. They sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky without You as well as Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart in the competition, which allowed them to become the frontrunners to win the contest. However, they finished third behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal for One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
