Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British musician and a vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. Based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, together with his fellow classmates, formed a musical group dubbed White Eskimo. They won the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing performances. While he's always interested in music, he was also interested in becoming an lawyer or physical therapist. In the past, he was employed for a short time in a bakeshop in his city to help people financially in the home. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This was the reason that his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd form the group One Direction after the X The X. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they founded in the year 2010. The group performed songs like My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls to win the contest. However, they finished third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles did not receive a prize, however Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal with One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
